Quite nice. If you don't mind me asking, how's that 7.62x54r you have there shoot? I've been using a bunch of Bulgarian heavy ball through my M44, and it's good stuff, but I might run out this year.

And what's the 6.5x50SR for? Is it for your Arisaka?

The 7.62x54R you see in the picture is Czechoslovakian steel core light ball. With a weight of 148gr and a spitzer boat tail design, it's pretty good. What you're using is more for the machine guns. Not saying you can't/shouldn't fire it through your rifle, but it'll wear down your barrel faster than if you fired the light ball stuff.

Amen, hell, all I have is a 9mm and a revolver I hardly remember the model of, but I did find the ammo for the first one mentioned recently, say, ever scratched the top of the whole bullet to give it a different wound effect? it's kinda like an old addiction.

I'm considering doing that before. Don't know why I haven't done that yet X3
