Actually it's Luna P, a little robot ball that's like Luna, the talking cat in Sailor Moon. I wasn't able to get the antennae as I liked so I didn't include it.
I also got kinda concerned about making copyright characters with these things. D: But there don't seem to be many people on art sites that seem to mind it.
