though I do still have these collars, they are almost 3 years old, and rusted from poor storage, I am making more however... it might have to wait though, I've been sick for a week and am just coming over the last hump of it. (see the newest submissions for more up to date examples)
a DD double layered collar (underlayer would be 3/4" to 1" wide) would have a couple extra inches due to the D rings and the lock/clasp you would use. Using a normal buckle you can adjust the size and have it with 1" or 1/2" spacing between the holes.
And do mind that the prices on this submission are almost 3 years old, when I had next to no experience in the craft.
I do guarantee quality, I don't use fake/faux leather, or 'pleather', and every bit is hand done, from cutting the leather to size, to dying/painting, and sewing.
Single layer DD collar to the request would be $35 usd
Double layered would be $45 with the layers just rivetted together, or $55 with the layers sewn (with or without rivets) together.
