Well, it was a transcriber, not really a translator. :P
What I wrote there should be *almost* correctly translated into Old Norse. (I only got Old Norse as a small hobby, so I don't know as much knowledge as a person who has gone to school for it).
I can tell you that these runes are of the Elder Fuþark.
