insults are subjective to the person giving and receiving the insult, to a homophobe calling someone a fag is the worst thing they can think of, to a misogynist the same for calling someone a girl. I imagine for a being without physical form calling someone a meat-bag would be pretty much the most degrading thing they can imagine.
