Showing off some of the expressions these deeper set features have.
I may post some other WIP pictures for the rest.

Ahh, I'll have to check it out on fabric.com then.
On another note, you don't happen to sell your foam bases with -just- the base, do you? Without all the extras like the eyes, nose, and teeth? I was curious because I would possibly want the opportunity to customize it a little bit more personally. I've also never seen a foam base done with a moving jaw yet. I remembered you mentioning that this guy you made here ( http://www.furaffinity.net/full/5095591/ ) had one, but I wasn't really sure how it worked. I -have- however, heard that you're supposed to glue foam bases down to a balaclava, but I've personally never used one before. Though I am very heavily considering it as a sort of "test run" to see how it does (in weight, breathability, and vision) with heavy-movement dancing.
Apologies for the super long comment/abundant questions.

I can do a base alone.
With most "rules" as to what you are supposed to do, I find it's all a polite suggestion. There are no real techniques or materials that are 100% set in stone. So, I would just say if you have an idea, just go for it. One of my basses will give you a very solid canvas to experiment with.
I can cast the head without a balaclava if you like, you can add the support structure to a moving jaw as you see fit.

I see. I just have no real idea on making a decent moving jaw out of anything but resin and using hinges lol. Things touching my face (like balaclavas, honestly) just feel very weird and uncomfortable to me, though I'm unsure as to how to make it work without one.
How much are -just -your bases going for? I guess at the minimum, I -might- want a nose for it since I'm not sure what else would fit well (avoiding one of the bigger - producers of parts right now as much as possible.)

And for some reason I saw this and thought of a short scene from Young Frankenstein >.>
