A wee bit late but here is my viking Halloween costume from 2013. I censored my face to keep my secret identity hidden and all that.
As usual, I didn't do everything I planned but was got the basics done. I already posted some progress pics of the shield. I ran out of time to paint the design on the shield I had in mind though. I tried to make it authentic as possible. I wanted to do so much more but that how it goes.
Aside from that shield, I made both the helmet and sword from scratch. I'll put up those progress pics later. The shirt I modified one I found at Goodwill, mainly the gold trim along the collar. Overall I am happy with it despite rushing it at the end.
