Sometimes I feel a lot like some of what you have written here.

Lots of times we don't know just how much love and warm support is being sent our way by others because, when we're really low, it's hard to break out of our own internal loops enough to feel the good things which are actually surrounding us. Nevertheless, the good things are there. They exist--even when our lives feel dismal and without hope. Sometimes we just have to slog through a lot of painful yuck to get to the better parts of our lives which are waiting patiently for us to arrive.

What you've written here is a nearly universal feeling. I think most people feel like this at least some of the time.
