A single screenshot of a Kveldulf from the first Guild Wars. This one was taken quite a few years back, during an April Fools gag: where collectable Miniatures (of enemies, NPCs, etc.) were freaking huge in towns and outposts, whereas the players were all about the size of a Miniature. My paragon in this photo (not shown) is probably up to it's... "Knee."

That explains why there's a very large Kveldulf in my guild hall. I absolutely loved these creatures, not only the concept, but the soul design of it is incredible. Someone even made a plushie of it on FA which I found was just adorable. Though there was no lore about these creatures in the game (they were only found in a single cave in Norrhart Domains) it's an honest shame they didn't get more light on them.

As much as I'd like to see them come back in Guild Wars 2, I have that feeling that they'll screw them up so badly (like pretty much everything else). Regardless, these guys will always have a special place in my heart.
