FL Studio.

The generator plugin used is 3x osc.
The effect plugins used are effector (lofi setting), fruity delay 2, and fruity delay bank (I also used waveshaper for the master track but it is not noticeable).

Neat. I was actually looking up FL Studio earlier, it looks really good. I'm hoping to get it sometime when I have money.

Stick to the demo until then, you won't have to worry about any sort of malware or spyware if you do this.
You can also render tracks in the demo, unless they changed it somehow.
