You probably wont believe me , but when I made this for myself, this "PAW" image is purely a coincidence.
Ever since that movie "V for Vendetta" Ive been making my toast and eggs the same way "V" made it for Eve.(sometimes I break the yolk.. sometimes I just scramble it)
Anywhooo... I put the spam up top and cooked it earlier before the toast and scrambled eggs, Then I put the toast put the scrambled egg on later. When I finally took it out it hit me... A PAW!!!!
I guess this means im *truly* furry *giggles*

I've heard 2 names for this basic kinda dish: One-eyed Jack, and Egg-in-a-basket. Not sure if either one is the correct name though. Also I didn't know you could bake it! I always used a frying pan so mine ends up being like french toast with a yolk.
This looks so yummy now I wanna make another breakfast!

Nodnods!! your right! Normally you do it in a frying pan but I was feeling creative to do it in the oven. My next door neighbor once made me an omelet that way (putting it in the oven) and I remember how light and fluffy it came out so I wanted to get a nice fluffyness on this one as well
That's awesome.
I now have that Monty Python skit stuck in my head too. =P
