HOW IT WORKS:
We all take turns writing it (Xy has been kind enough to kick it off for us), then whoever is next in line can add to it by sending this page a note with their addition to the story. It will get re-submitted every time someone adds to it and the contributing authors' usernames will be added at the beginning of each chapter.


IMPORTANT:
To get your place in line just comment on the current submission for the story and whoever sends us a reply first gets to add to it next. Just send us a note of you addition to the story. And remember, it is a collaborative story and you are essentially writing a reply to the previous parts.


Everyone is welcome, just remember, this is a merfur story, and if you aren't one already we can take care of that for you! ;D All other aquatic friends are welcome as well, just maybe not at the very beginning. I think most of you agree that we should focus on us mers and soon to be mers at first!


~Other than that, feel free to take the story in any direction you want when your turn comes around.

THE RULES:
Thin of this as a public story, set among a group of people, basically just don't write yourself doing anything you wouldn't do in public. That doesn't necessarily mean that you have to keep it PG, but remember that there may very well be minors aswell as adults from all different walks of life joining us.


IF you get involved in a conversation or interaction that belongs in private with one or more people in the group, just take it to another platform, just as you would when something becomes private in any other situation.
