My version of Huck from "Aw Doggone it". Drawn for Jay Shell, used with his permission (Thanks, Jay!). I got the idea for this cartoon from an incident that happened a long time ago. Back when they were little kids, my niece and nephew climbed up on the back of my old Akita dog Yojimbo. He let them sit for half a minute, tried to walk with them on his back, didn't like it, then sat down hard, and they both slid off in a heap, unhurt and giggling. Yojimbo was the inspiration for Huck.
