Tedi in a Skyrim AU where he's full villain. What he's holding is a soul gem, an item used to trap souls when coupled with the spell Soul Trap; in turn the souls can be used to enchant armour and weaponry, but Tedi prefers to just collect them and imagine the misery of being trapped inside a small object.
He prefers to wear Shrouded Armour from the Dark Brotherhood; it not only shows his figure well but it has nice colouration as well as advantages like poison resistance.
His goal in this verse is to destroy the entirety of Skyrim for no more reason than to show his strength and plunge all of Tamriel into chaos.
