Kinda trying to get back making music in the way I used to to get some of the same energy vibes going. I'm really happy with how this is sounding so far, still fairly bare when it comes to the transitions and stuff but its going in the right direction I think. Like in the title though, this is only a preview, but I was excited about this so I broke down and put out a preview, lol. XD
Gear Used:
TR8 for all drum sounds
Korg Volca Keys for the bassline
TT-303 for the 303 stuff
Virus TI 2 for the pads and leads towards the end.

Thanks dude! Yea, it tends to be expensive accumulating synth sand other gear. But I will say that it was not all acquired over night! A lot of my stuff besides synths, I was able to get some decent deals on from people I know or ebay. ^_^ I've also grown to prefer hardware nowadays too because of the immediacy of programing available with it. It also forces you to really use your ears better too which results in better results. All in all, when I work with hardware, I feel more engrossed in the music I'm working on and more inspired to do things with it.
Likewise, most of my hardware was bought via eBay, though partially because most of it is vintage synthesizers. Heck, the wait was because I was making sure my Emax II Rack works before I use a SCSI CompactFlash card solution for it.
I can agree with the being engrossed bit: with hardware, it's not as simple as it would be on a computer unless you're just using presets, which arguably takes out some of the fun.
