Current computer setup. Two gaming rigs and a gaming laptop, two upgraded ex lease machines, one frankenbox. Two tablets, four smartphones, one netbook, a WiiU, and 85 Skylanders figures.
To the right is a 52" plasma tv and a set of Wharfedale speakers. The speakers cost enough that the tv came free with them...
Why? Because I can. Used to be self employed, so could claim tax and depreciation on it all as office supplies. Mostly just multibox WoW on em now. :3

I am insane <3 I get twitchy when I'm using less than three computers at once these days :P
At the moment I'm running bagpipe music from youtube on the rightmost machine, piped through the stereo. Continuing to the left I have a machine running WoW, the next has DA and FA up for browsing and random inspiration, then there's the sketching laptop, MUCKing on the next laptop, and the top left screen is running pose reference images as required.
All hail the mighty machine god! <3

There are folk out there who run way more than I do. I know of one fellow who can run Incursions in Eve Online by himself, that's a BIG setup. Most of em tend to multiscreen their boxes though, I stick to one computer, one screen. Can't stand multiple displays for one computer, never works well if you have something running fullscreen.
Taking into account how fast electronics depreciate, I'd be lucky to get a couple of thousand for the lot. It'd be depressing but I could claim the depreciation back from my tax returns while I ran my own business. So each piece of the system helped fund the next part :3
No regrets, I'm incredibly happy with the way things are. I don't even think about adding another computer more than once every day or two ;)

I have since extended the setup, with a cylindrical thing and a spare computer case on top for an elbow rest when I'm being lazy. For drawing I'm using the tablet on a platform that rests on my lap, keeping it at the correct level for comfortable use.
To prevent RSI, you don't rest your elbows on something, you just need to have keyboard and mouse low enough that your upper arms hang free and your forearms slope downwards. Hands on a slight downward angle to avoid wresting your wrist on anything and collapsing your carpal tunnel. Combine with regular exercises for best results.
I don't know if typing is even still a subject they teach at schools anymore, but all this was the FIRST thing you learnt before they let you touch a typewriter. :3
Thankyou for your concern, it is very appreciated :D
