I will send you a paypal invoice when I am ready to work on your commission. The last time I did a sale I got many more submissions than anticipated, so just an FYI, it may be some time before you get an invoice. I will finish your artwork within two weeks of receiving your payment.

I will email you a sketch version to be looked over and OK'd. I will allow one major alteration on the sketch and two minor alterations on the completed color version. Please help me make your artwork better by catching any issues in the sketch stage.


*a note about copyright permission: Legally speaking, a commissioner of an image is not allowed to alter, repost, or use artwork unless explicitly stated. In the fandom permission is often tacitly given and sometimes taken for granted. So, just to be clear, I'd like to spell out exactly what you can and cannot do with the files I send you.

I give you permission to:

-alter the format and size of the badge if you so desire.

-move or remove the name, recolor the text, or change the font.

-print out the badge in whatever size or format you wish.

-repost artwork wherever you like.

I do not give permission to:

-have the artwork resold in any way, as a printed item or digitally.

-have the artwork altered ( If you'd like to add or change something, please ask. Chances are I will give you permission.)
