Here is a really good example of the kinds of things I'll do to cut time. Notice the hands and outfit are still a bit rough, but the face is still pretty detailed(hopefully), drawing the viewer in more. I wish I could've put a tad bit more detail on the lightening ball, but I was already over time by about 30 minutes..
