A bit of a step by step walkthrough with Tigress

1. I pretty much start with a stick figure in most of my work.

2. I draw it out with red lines.

3. All lined up.

4. Flat colors are filled in.

5-6. Filled the layer with black and turned it down to 38%(optional)

7-8.Using the soft brush tool in pure black in some area's, and used gaussian blur at 20%(optional) . Then set it to overlay and set in 34%

9. Added some shading.

10. Added some lights.

11. Used the brush tool, lowered the capacity just a little.

12. Added a striped background.

And that's it.
