This li'l delivery kid is Frey the Mutant, after surviving an attack from a radioactive leopard on a camping trip. Whoops! He insists it was his fault for disturbing whatever the Leopard was doing at the time. Frey's dream is to become a superhero with this mutation, but aside from the really cool tail all he got was some really fast legs. Perfect for delivering priority mail!
