The title says it all. The main purpose of this picture was to maintain my skill in drawing Care bears. There is one thing I'd like to point out about the diapers Hugs and Tugs wear. Though it's not present in this picture, their diapers look VERY tight in the Nelvana Cartoon (And the one DIC special they appeared in). In the episode “The Lost Gift”, there was a part when Hugs and Tugs were jumping up and down and their diapers were hugging them so tight, it looked like they would rip. Is that the only size Grams can afford? Buy them some bigger diapers you old hag!

I never thought of it but you're right. Hugs' and Tugs' diapers are very form fitting.
Have you ever seen any of the plush toys for Hugs or Tugs? Their diapers have a super hard time staying on. They almost seem non-existent. Especially the original Hugs and Tugs plush.
Perhaps Grams could go down to Earth and ask for some diapers for Hugs and Tugs from a child she helps? That could help as I know Care Bears don't get paid to do what they do. It's a good thing, too, since they'd lose their appeal if they helped children who could only afford the help.
