This is an example of my split scene type commissions I do from time to time, and I think it works really well with the characters and the dynamic Nara has set up for them. OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! It's so beautiful, I had no idea it would be this glorious! Look at that background, damn I have no idea how you do those things. I really like the background part behind Nara's back, I dunno if it's meant to be Earth meeting it's doom or not but it reminds me of it. And as far as I can tell the ship is accurate. Lots of emotion in this one, nice contrasting colours, pretty doggies.....
I'm pretty sure it's the notification bugs that FA has going on right now, lol, at least I hope that's what it is because I was pretty proud of the way this one turned out! I thought about holding off uploading it until FA was back online completely, but it's more important to me that you're able to see it on the sites you are on than it is for it to get a lot of faves and such. Not that I don't appreciate faves, views, and comments, but you're the customer, and you come first.
This is freaking gorgeous, and I love all the split-scene commissions you've done... I remember one with Maine and Kentucky (I think) a while back that was very pretty. Using the dog tags to split the scene is very creative. :3
On a different note, did you happen to mail the Oregon piece yet? I know you generally post journals about shipping, but I just wanted to check, because it certainly hasn't shown up!
