Well since m'roomie  ramseys made this yummilicious turkey salad from some of the left-overs from our thanksgivin' dinner (pretty much the same as ya'd make chicken or tuna salad so if ya wanna pester Ramsey's fer his recipe then I highly encourage it! LOL ;)

...anyways I decided ta make this lil' beauty fer m'lunch t'day... a nice turkey salad sandwich with yummeh bacon added jus' ta add Chris' drool ta evfurrybody else's!

ingredients:

2 slices of thick white bread
4 big tablespoons of the turkey salad
3 slices of tomato
1 slice of white onion
2 slices of american cheese
4 slices of Wright's honey bourbon flavor bacon
(garnishs: some Ruffle's wavy chips & 2 baby dill pickles)

the honey bourbon bacon was a first fer me... it's thick-sliced but very slender in width so got a bit over-cooked than I'd planned... but actually since it's such a sweet flavored bacon it turned out as a nice compliment ta not only the rest of the sandwich but a good counter-balance ta the tart baby dills...

So if ya haven't gone through all yer turkey left-overs here's a nice lil' somethin' ta consider makin' outta some those left-overs... enjoy :)
