yesh he's mostly a parasaurolophus with a few more aquatic features and pretty colours <3 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parasaurolophus
I mostly based him off a parasaurolophus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parasaurolophus and in the process of coming up with a dragon i figured there had to be at least 9 herbivores for every carnivorous dragon out there right?
