Normally a well-rounded exercize regime would indeed be good for one's back, but Saspin finds out that her extra "chest weights" do put a bit too much strain on her back during jogging and similar exercize - not that she's able to move terribly fast even with a sport bra on. ^^;
Right now she's seriously considering blowing most of her next paycheck on a custom-fitted swimming suit so that she can move to a less painful leg exercize. :d
