"And here we have some doodles of Chica. Most of the time before and after Freddy’s Pizzaria closes she can be seen hanging out in the kitchen checking supplies, making sure the ingredients are fresh and helping her right hand rat Monty make dishes before the store opens. Chica is also a very active public figure at Fazbear pizzaria. She often sits with the kids and shares her recipes for the family to take home. As such she is almost just as popular as Freddy and Bonnie…that also means Freddy has a much harder time finding a way to get rid of her.

When she has free time she can often be seen hanging out with Tam the security guard, chatting with Monty, showing everyone how much food she can stuff in her mouth, gossiping with the various other kitchen help, or annoying Freddy with as much as she can get away with.

Monty is what Chica considers her closest friends. Unlike her other friends he still keeps in pretty close contact with her, and cares enough about her well being to reprimand her for messing with Freddy or trying to get newcomers to get in with her schemes to take him down. Of course he himself has made sure that she knows that he will take zero part in any of her nonsense and certainly won’t be there to help her out of whatever mess she gets into due to her mutiny failures.
Monty is also one of the few employees working at Freddy Fazbear that is allowed to actually leave the building after closing. Since he actually applied to the place of his own will and not because of a shitty criminal record.

Unbeknownst to Chica however is that Monty has “saved” her hide more than once. Freddy has noticed how close he was to Chica and tried to bribe him to give her a “taste of her own medicine” by giving him quite the pay raise. Monty however would rather have minimum wage pay than have a death toll on his conscience so each and every time Freddy tries to convince him to get rid of her, Monty refuses. What a good friend."
