Eeeeh... I think I could do better than this,I'm sure of it. I think it's because you overexaggerate the scarf around his neck to a large proportion, but it's really not that big of a deal, it suits him just fine! Also it may save him during aquatic ops. Ha! I mean yes it's not bad of a sketch but If I had the right color scheme for him especially his scarf and armband I can make him more lively..... heheheh.
