Most people do. But did you know that's how you get carpols tunnel?

I thought it was crazy too. The proper way to draw with pencil or pen is not by holding it near the tip, but by about an inch below the top. And instead of keeping your wrist locked, you draw using your shoulder and free wrist. It actually make things so much easier and keeps your wrist from getting soar.

Takes a bit of practice though. But let's you draw things in minutes or even mere seconds.

Excuse me but I have been drawing for years I draw in different ways that I like to draw, and I get so pissed when people tell me how I should draw by there way.

Also, that batty is so adorable. It's an adorabat!
