Hooray for FA sending out notifications again! I swear I only got like 60 total for the whole week.

This was part test for a commission, part personal project. A commissioner asked for a collar with multiple layers of leather with a pattern cut through the outer layer, and also a lining of a soft comfortable leather. I needed to test that idea out. Also, I've wanted to make something with oversized Bowser-esque spikes for a while.

So here's a crazy big collar necklace! It's almost 2 inches wide, and it's ridiculous. I'll get some photos of it being worn eventually. In the meantime, there are a couple more photos of it over on my Tumblr: http://armoreddragon.tumblr.com/post/103948146500/

I'm considering offering this sort of collar (being something with a lining) up for sale, but I'm not sure yet. It does take a very long time to sew together (like 4 hours of sewing alone), so I'll have to think for a while about pricing. If you'd be interested in something like this, let me know!
