In today's episode, the Master of Elfhame in some ways reverts to his fawn-hood, rediscovering some of the small joys he had growing up. Hard times in Elfhame in his youth, but at least he never lacked for love. Or imagination-building toys. Certainly Comet Winterbough was a genius in his own way.

Hmm. The princess described in the letter must have lived during the reign of either Otho the Negligent, or Sartorius the Dissolute. I don't recall having heard mention of her, but my knowledge of the history of Faerie and the Irenaeid dynasty is rudimentary at best. Perhaps His Majesty Adler II has access to some of the more detailed Imperial records. Assuming, of course, that he could be persuaded to check them for us...
