Tier for each adopt:
Tier 1: bid $75+ = Adopt + extra outfit
Tier 2: bid $95+ = Adopt + extra outfit + chibi commission of the adopt
Tier 3: bid $120+ = Adopt + extra outfit + Full body commission of the adopt
