This comic is tied with "The Adventures of Targon Ghanzir: Journey to the Reploid Earth" so that two pages will be followed at the same time
And for this comic right now, it continues the talk time, both SkyRocket Raccoon and SubTorpedo BlueJay wants some reward as a maverick hunter from Shock Dragoon. Shock is not just their friend and the leader of T.A.R.G.O.N Squad, but a contender. ^^
Storyline Analysis:
On first panel, Shock Dragoon mentions Megaman X who had been fighting in from X1 to X4, including Iris's death that Zero caused. This means that NON-CANON/FANMADE "The Adventures of Targon Ghanzir: Journey to the Reploid Earth" is parallel to events AFTER Megaman X4 (because Magma Dragoon was restored and was given a second chance mentioned in 3rd page of TAoTG: JtoRE) until the time before Megaman Zero.
Third panel shows that Shock Dragoon tells about X and Zero's mission on Eurasia. The comic is a parallel to the events of Megaman X5 from beginning until the end. However, in X5, there are different storylines, so the main scenario is where Eurasia will crash on Earth's surface, damaging almost everything on the planet, Zero will not become maverick and will be destroyed.
Second panel reveals that SubTorpedo BlueJay talked about Shock Dragoon's (and Slash Velociraptor's) father whose name is Sirius ChupaKobra. While there are no information about the Final Weapon on X4, the fan-made storyline lets Sirius joined the Final Weapon project as the architect; thus, Sirius was the member of Repliforce Army. He also mentions events based fromThe Story of Shock Dragoon and Laserblade from last two speech balloons.
Young Targon Ghanzir and Magma Dragoon make their cameo appearance on this page. "Plan-B Effects" is a story AFTER "TAoTG: JtoRE". While staying on Reploid Earth, Young Targon lives with Shock Dragoon in the Power Plant and has his own room, learning everything we have on Earth.

- On panel 1, there is are three golden triangles on a game controller, obviously resembling Triforce from "Legend of Zelda" series
- On panel 2, SubTorpedo BlueJay mentions "Fn-X" and "Jk-Z" which are main antagonists from The Story of Shock Dragoon and Laserblade. Fn-X is a fusion of Finn and Megaman X, and Jk-Z is a fusion of Jake and Zero. Finn and Jake are, ironically, main protagonists of Adventure Time
- On the last panel, SubTorpedo BlueJay and SkyRocket Raccoon cheers "OOOOOOOOH" while posing above, which are well-known catchphrase and poses of both Mordecai and Rigby's cheer from "Regular Show", even their made-up rap lyrics. This emphasizes two reploids' same behavior.
- This reveals that Targon owns a tablet (looking like iPad) from Magma Dragoon. His tablet was shown from "Blowhole Mishap" and "Share the Moments"
- Targon asks "Is it magic-compatible?". It is similar to Winx Club's 601st episode "Inspiration of Sirenix" where Tecna gives Daphnie a cellphone and mentions "it's magic-compatible".

So much story going on right now; even if it is just dialogue. I must say, I love how nicely you knit storylines from vatious things together; to me, it shows you like what you are doing, and that's huge!
Once again, I really like the way you draw reploids; sir Shock Dragoon is still among my favourites. And young Targon's and sir Magma Dragoon's cameo is all sorts of great (not to mention everybody else in the last panel).
And I love the amount of references; it makes reading not just the dialogue, but also the environment of the pages themselves, so much fun!
