The Cosplay Pikachu in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is just too cute not to draw. She doesn't normally have panties but I thought putting them on would add some extra cuteness to the already adorable outfit. Tried out some different shading this time, and I'm very happy with it! Decided not to blur the crap out of the shading and went with something a bit simpler. Also added more shading and less lighting. Hope you all enjoy ^^
