so this is a reference for 
from a few months back when i needed to save a certain obnoxious kittens life cause his dumb ass got himself a concussion TuT;
but yis, this is new character for ceno, he wanted a shark design but this bro looks a lot like an angler :V
i need to finish a fancy warmup of him now.
but not right this second... just very soon xD haha.

omg, -throws up hands- i've gotten the eyes down almost, i just need to continuously flip the canvas to make sure i'm doing it right xD

but bills come up and i always end up needing food, so it shouldn't take too long for slots to open for them x3
