Casiona was born to a male Mismagius, and a hermaphrodite Gardevoir, so thanks that he has a feminie apearance, and some slight elegence to his apearance. And since each parent was rather indowed in various parts he too is much the same way.
Casiona enjoys pulling possession pranks by entering a host body and using their abilites to have some fun, but he is careful that he causes no harm to the prankee nor those around them.
Casiona is prankish, but surprisingly friendly. He is not shy, but does enjoy becoming intangible to have fun with those around him.

From observing so many of them from time to time it could be just quality of their art, and the subjects they draw.
Some get that way because of drawing MLP stuff,
some get that way because of drawing 5 Nights at Freddie's stuff,
and some get that was just because they are good artists.

You mean... they get good, because they only draw 1 thing over and over? That... I can sort of imagine, but ... ugh, I am frustrated with "just being a good artist". I know talent and stuff exists, but I hate the implication that I will never ever get even a quarter as good as some artists, no matter how much I try... this is why I often just rather claim that I suck, that I'm lazy, stupid and so forth.
