I had the sudden urge to draw out what Hunter's back looks like when he has his wings removed. It was fun drawing the scars and whatnot. ahah. The scars also go to the front, but for now wanted to show the main damage. Also the light pink on his arms is where he shaves his fur off. It grows rather quickly, so he has to do it daily.
And before you ask, he took his wings off because of his were form killing his dad. He also wants to wear full clothing, so that's another small part to it. But being able to cause his were form less ability to kill was his goal.
He also had them surgically removed, and the tools used were pretty much burning his wings off, which left him with the scars. The scars don't bother him.
I will not respond to you if you ask what happened, because I said it here.

I still can't get over how cool this looks, holy whoa.
Also, I imagine that the procedure was done with a sort of surgical laser, especially around where the membranes connected to his back, and a bonesaw to get rid of the connecting bones in his back/secondary shoulders. It's really interesting to try and think of how it was done!
