More landscape practice!
Tried a totally different approach with this one, tried to do something with as as few custom brushes as possible. I think this one turned out well, also, so I think the usage of custom brushes is just entirely dependent on the kind of scene you're trying to do!
Also sand worm because Dune for reasons.
I was able to do this thanks to my awesome and incredibly generous patreon subscribers, so many thanks to them!

It is an exceptional few novels, though once Frank Herbert's son took over I heard the stories started to get pretty bad.
It is also a pretty alright, albeit dated movie.
It also has two miniseries which I think are better than the movie, and also more modern and the effects hold up better.
It also has some old video games that I cannot attest to the quality of.
It is also a pretty exceptional, though old, board game. A game which has been reprinted, but with a different theme because the Herbert estate wouldn't give them the rights to Dune for the reprint.

Just a fun hint of what you missed in the later books. Suppose someone swapped your chibi-yet-dynamic sandworm for army of amazons (actually called "Fish Speakers") as well as an anthro-sandworm (think macro Jabba the Hut). This would make your delightfully expressive landscape accurate to the 4th book in the series. These are some great 'scapes you've been painting, man.
