There's no shame in that, there are a couple of games that have made me cry too. This game didn't, but the end of Shadow of the Colossus broke me apart (another great game btw, I was going to do a tegaki fanart of that one too but just never got around to it). Ecco the Dolphin games and Final Fantasy Adventure make me a bit misty-eyed too. Sappy games are the best, haha.

Definitely. You just get into them so much more that way. I haven't played the other games you mentioned though my roommate also bawled when he finished Ecco the Dolphin.I'll have to check some of these out. :3

Shadow of the Colossus is a PS2 game and imho worth playing through. It's a beautiful game and I recommend it highly :)

Final Fantasy Adventure is actually really old (I think it came out around 1989?). It was for the original gameboy and is the precursor to the astoundingly good Secret of Mana, and uses some similar themes as Secret of Mana. The translation is really bad in places and you have to have some tolerance for older games to fully appreciate it, but the story is really powerful.

Normally this wouldnt interest me but I like this and will FAV it anyways
