Rifkai is a magical husky fluff with a fondness for becoming large!
In this case, by way of crossing some sort of dimensional barrier into a much smaller universe! It's all very magically scientific. And of course, such shenanigans take a lot out of you, so, Rifkai has a need to sleep, on a city, apparently.
