About copyright doujinshi, in Japan it is generally condoned, so I think if you sell it on one of the Japanese doujinshi websites, you should be fine. In America, it is not condoned, but it's still done a lot on conventions from what I know. Although I heard some conventions are trying to forbid the selling of copyrighted fan material nowadays.
It's a touchy subject, and if you want to sell it, I'd say sell online on a Japanese website like that kemono website that advertises on FA sometimes.
