Not horrible.

The lines could be a lot smoother and the eyes are very non descript.
The background is a plain white, which i find annoying. Even just a solid color would do.

Also, when you color someone elses work, you have to reference them.

I'm no art expert but the only thing i'd change on this picture are the eyes, give him big assed anime eyes and i think you'll be on to a winner.

Sorry i didn't realise you were working from somebody else's art(dunno how i missed that) the eyes are small on the original anyway.

I've coloured one of his pictures and am halfway through another, he uploads the pictures in very high res and his lines are easy to follow. I don't think he'd mind if you coloured any, ask first though if you want to.
