Well, this image was drawn in 2001, after the article was published, so I just assumed it was published earlier the same year, but it could've been any time before that.

It's also possible that there was more than one article... Or that I just plain could be misremembering. It all blurs.. with being a fur and dealing with the drama of the day for so long...
