Ink commission for

Simo Häyhä actually, the top sniper in all of military history with 542 confirmed kills (and didn't even used a scope, only the iron sights on the rifle!) with his variant mosin-nagant and 200+ kills more with a 9mm submachinegun. This guy had the russians so scared they sometimes ordered artillery strikes on positions they suspected he might be at to try and get him.
