Just saw Interstellar, and loved it. Got the OST and went to town with a speedpainting.
Space is so vast, cold, and beautiful. It's hard to grasp its immensity as fact.

I got all of the drawing recorded (2 1/2 hours in SAI) so I may link a video when I get to it.

I loved that movie so much. It was the best modern sci-fi flick I've seen since Avatar. Everything seemed so realistic. Even the robots too. And I also love the idea they came up of what lies in the darkness of black hole. Very Very smart on what they did too.

I love the soft illumination and the stars.. so pretty

Seeing Interstellar reminded me of seeing 2001 A Space Odyssey for the first time. The wormhole sequence, spacecrafts, and music were all closely similar to 2001. Though Gravity is still my favorite space movie of all time, plus Apollo 13.

That is a beautiful painting!
I had zero interest in this movie but most of my friends have said it's the best film they've ever seen.
Guess I really should check it out!
