No, but if it was socially acceptable to be naked everywhere, you could just pee on a patch of grass or by a tree.

Not having clothes to remove doesn't mean you have freedom to pee on every surface.

Of course, but while it's indecent exposure to piss in public as a human after taking your clothes off, there's no such thing as indecent exposure in a nudist colony.
Also if there're no clothes, she can't really wet herself, as that would imply clothes getting wet.
