Hey, I haven't posted anything in quite awhile, so I thought I'd throw this online. This is an old concept for my take on a human/gijinka Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls. The design has changed somewhat racially since then, and I eventually plan to draw my new take on him. Until then, here's a dapper dream demon to gawk at.
