A picture of my beloved Paru, on the top of Mt Graylock, Mass.

It was a lovely drive, with lovely trees and leaves..

Plus, I realized I hadn't shared a picture of my replacement miata!

So this is Hisui Paru. Japanese for "Jade" and "Pear", but probably not actually "Jade pearl".

She's a 1995 Mazda Miata in Montego Blue Mica with a tan leather interior, and the upgraded options package. For all intents and purposes a '94 M Edition but made in '95.

Previous owner did a few mods, namely Tokico Blue shocks with lowering springs and Eibach sway bars. I've done a few visual mods, mostly in vintage roadster cosmetics, such as a chrome spoke-wood rim wheel in the Nardi style, a Nardi wood shift knob, the wood brake handle, chrome vent rings, and custom leather door pulls, as well as a simple radio that doesn't look out of place in a vintage interior. Exterior, I've got a vintage chrome luggage rack, and vintage chrome mirrors.

I've got a few plans for down the road, but not too much.
