LOL..yeah we actually got her when she was shedding so she didn't eat for like..3 weeks.
But after she shed and we got her temps right, she has been eating and it has been making me so happy that she eats every week now!
It was really scary when she didn't. thought we were gonna have to force feed her.
thankfully she does it on her own...
that's also so sad. it feels like these kinda snakes are more collective items then they are pets becos of their morphs.
gotta collect and breed em all. >:

Hey, if people want them as pets, I won't begrudge someone the opportunity to breed cool morphs and sell them as pets - hell, I'd love a lavender albino or banana morph, if I could get my SO to even agree to a snake one day (he's really creeped out by them). I just hate seeing them super chunky or really skinny because people don't know what a proper sized royal is supposed to look like. :(
Also, as a note, if she goes off her feed again, try moving her to a new habitat temporarily. In nature they'd move from den to den because prey wouldn't go to that hole once the snake's scent is there (scat/urine typically). Most snakes moved to a new area and settled into a new den will take food right away. Then you just need to clean up the old one, and voila! Great way to get them back on feed.

Yeah..I've been tempted to get another one everytime I go to the pet store..LOL;; I really want this one called Ghost. UNGH so pretty. But one is enough for me. xP
And that is great advice, thank you! if she ever stops eating again I will keep this in mind. But so far so good, shes been eating every weekend thankfully. ; u;
