Oh! Okay. Pups tend to be curious especially towards their own father, ending up sniffing various of his parts.

Well yes they do.
This is not an anthro canine so the parts that are shown are the exact same parts my 5 year old sees on our male dog every single day.
Puppies and dogs sniff other dogs parts as a way to recognise identity and to learn what it's for
