Mi'toko :
First of all, Mi'toko is the result of a cross-breed between an Elemental and a Lycan, an Hybrid so. She's a a very singular and mysterious creature who will never reveal herself to you completely. Unless you are a friend. She's 40 springs old and about 1m80 but she looks like she's only 20 springs old (something very surprising you must admit. That's why she's not giving her name to everybody). She mostly look like a young female Lycan with a completely pure white fur, a black snout, beautiful deep ocean colour eyes and long slightly waved blonde hair. But, as an half-Elemental Hybrid, she possesses another shape, but she rarely uses it. As well as the magnificent big white pair of wings that she shows and uses only in case of extreme necessity, preferring to protect her anonymity. Although she is now rather famous all around Cérès...
Also, she's still the second shaman of the Children of Cérès' pack, but she still doesn't consider herself more than Al'raïr's assistant. What he thinks is truly stupid, because everyone on the clan consider her as his equal.
On the other hand, she's also the hero who ended the most terrible epidemic episode which Cérès ever known. And epidemic disease which should have decimate most of Cérès' evolved populations a bit more than twenty springs ago. Luckily, she discovered the cure and begged for the Elementals' help to transmit the recipe to all the healers and shamans all around Cérès. That's how she became an ombudswoman, and was designed as a spokeswoman to try to convince the Non-Magi species to accept the Elementals' return (or well, at first, to try to know if they'd be ready to accept their return). That's why she traveled around the world with one aim : try to make people believe and accept the Elementals' existence in a peaceful and reassuring way. She's moreover always their official spokeswoman very devoted to the Elementals' cause and, generally, to other people. It means that she's rarely inactive and never stays somewhere for a very long time.
A condition very not easy when you have to manage with being a good mate and a good mother too.
Because yes, she's the mother of three children : Aï'yaan, Kuran and Naï. And the mate of Shvanty, her greatest support and the best friend she could ever wish to have. He simply miraculously repaired her broken soul and heart 20 springs ago and became her loyal and devoted second soulmate. (You must know that Mi'toko already found a soulmate 23 springs ago. A Human named Zaunho who died during a battle less than a year after she met him and became his mate. It almost killed her.)
If you're eager to know more about the Elementals, the best would probably be to meet her. She can be found every Spring time at the Children of Cérès' village. And she'll be more than please to answer your questions.

Well her story is interesting. It does show that all the evolved species can produce offspring just like humans in real life. I couldn't really see any misspellings at all. Plus I think you just wanted to draw a pretty girl and make an interesting character. I love the idea that she can control wind since it is element.

To draw ? Remember I'm a writer, I first created her with only written words, then I asked artists to draw her from the descriptions of her I made. ;)

Well the reason I said that is because you never know. Sometimes people make species capable of breeding like humans can. Others only make it where those whose have the same dna structure or close can only breed. So a feline and canine can produce offspring but an avian and feline couldn't. Also didn't realize before that other artists did this. Then they did a damn good job. And I already knew that the elementals can control the elements I was just saying it was cool she can use mine.
Ah yes, on Cérès cross-breeds between species from completely different DNA families are possible, but there is a reason for this. ;) I just can't reveal it here and now. ^^
But all species can't mix, just because of anatomical reasons (for example : a male Mustang trying to have sex with a femelle Ratusa would cause the Ratusa's death. And well... what would be the fun for a Ratusa male and a Mustang female to have sex together ?... ^^" That's also why some cross-breeds are possible but very dangerous if the size differences between the two species are big. Aleshanee almost died when she gave birth to Fizz and Ama.)
Oh and okay for the element ! XD
